Refund Policy

Last updated June 30, 2026

corouter sells prepaid, pay-as-you-go credits. This policy explains our position on refunds and how failed requests are handled.

1. All sales are final

Credit top-ups are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and are consumed only as you make API requests.

2. No subscriptions

corouter is pay-as-you-go. There is no recurring subscription to cancel — you simply stop topping up. Unused credits remain available on your balance while your account is in good standing.

3. Failed requests

If a charged request fails on our side or upstream — for example, a 5xx error — the charge for that request is automatically returned to your credit balance. This is an automatic billing correction, not a cash refund. 5xx failures are auto-detected, and other discrepancies can be claimed in one click from the dashboard.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hi@corouter.co within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate. Verified billing errors are corrected as a credit to your balance.

5. Payments and chargebacks

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem, and may appear as Creem on your statement. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Opening a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
